1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, contaminated, or different from the ordered item.

  • The request is made within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, unless the issue relates to quality, safety, or damage.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice, order ID, or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products made to custom specifications or special orders.

  • Items returned after the 3-day eligibility window.

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with, unless there is a verified quality issue.

3. Return & Replacement Process

To request a return or replacement:

All returned items will be inspected by our Quality Control team. We reserve the right to:

  • Reject any return that does not comply with the stated conditions

  • Approve a replacement, credit note, or refund, depending on the situation and mutual agreement

5. Responsibility for Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error from our side (e.g., wrong item, damaged or defective product), OxR Foods will cover return shipping charges.

  • For all other returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

6. Refund or Replacement Timeline

Once the return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Replacements or credit notes will be issued based on the agreed resolution.
