Dealer Agreement:
By becoming a dealer of OxR Foods, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. You represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Products:
As a dealer of OxR Foods, you will have access to our entire product line. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Pricing:
OxR Foods will provide you with pricing information for our products. Prices may change without notice and are subject to availability. You agree to sell our products at the prices provided by OxR Foods.
Orders:

Invoicing:
OxR Foods will issue invoices to you for all products and services provided. Invoices will be sent to the email address provided by you during the registration process.
Payment Due Date:
All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Any invoice not paid within this time frame will be considered past due and subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
Payment Methods:
OxR Foods accepts payment by bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. You must provide valid payment information during the registration process.
Discounts:

Returns:
