Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for an experienced customer relationship manager to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

To be successful as a customer relationship manager, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint. Ultimately, an outstanding customer relationship manager will work closely with sales and accounts managers to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer queries/Message reply through social media accounts
  • Placing Order from back office
  • Monitor customer's Complain/ Problem/ Return/ Exchange issues
  • Answer customers comment on Facebook post/ Live (Notification)
  • Ensure Post Calls (Inside Dhaka Order)
  • Ensure Courier Calls (Outside Dhaka Order)
  • Making resend call/ Courier return / Problem solving call
  • Serving customers over phone and giving solution
  • Follow up customers reviews on group and page
  • Serve customers queries physically (At Office)
  • Collection of customers demanding products/ Stock out products and also restock products
  • Stock out product converted to order

Relationship Executive Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, finance, communication, or a similar discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience.
  • Prior experience as a relationship executive, ideally in a similar organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and procedures.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • Superior product knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to forge profound working relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
